Sinead Monaghan (nee Stapleton) is owner and Manager of Ischia, now in business since 2004. Sinead herself a qualified Beauty Therapist and Wig Specialist, born and reared in Navan, built up her managerial experience working in the corporate sector in Sales and Marketing, polishing the tools that would later prove extremely beneficial to her in managing the team at Ischia Hair, Beauty & Wig Salon.

Amanda is hairdressing over 10 years and has been working with Sinead and the Ischia team from the beginning. Amanda qualified in 2009 achieving the highest grades possible and since then has steadily built up a very loyal clientele for colour and cutting achievements. Amanda loves to transform people’s looks and ‘Re-styling’ is her speciality. In 2013 Amanda was involved in the Loreal Colour Trophy Competition, enterying the Young Colourist Category! Amanda is also one of our 'Wig Advisors' and is building up her own clientelle and gaining repeat clients because of her warm and caring approach.

Liz has been hairdressing for over 20 years and joined the Ischia team in December 2005 bringing with her a wealth of knowledge gained from previously owning her own very successful businness. Liz takes great pride in knowing what her clients wants and goes above and beyond to accommodate her clients. Liz is an in-salon educator and keeps up to date with new techniques and consistently encourages the trainees to try new things. Liz is an integral part of the Ischia Team and her knowlege, experience and know how is very much regarded. In 2010 Liz became a Kerastase Ambassador, loves working with such a high profile brand.
Stylist
Mel is working with Ischia team since 2007 and is one of our sought after stylists, this is very obvious when trying to book an appointment with Mel, which needs to be a week or two in advance. Mel has completed various L'Oreal training courses including Colour Keys, Colour Change and Advance Cutting Course. Mel is extremely popular amongst staff and clients, her innovative style means her clients leave the salon with a new and fresh look.

Mellissa is a senior stylist for many years with a wealth of experience. During Melissa’s career she was awarded the ‘Excellence of Colour Award’ from the Loreal Academy, hence making her a much sought after stylist by her loyal clients. Melissa enjoys all aspects of hairdressing and always put her clients at ease with her professionalism and ensures the best of service is provided at all times.
Senior Stylists
Ciara who is one of our senior Stylists, and brings to the salon a wealth of experience and has spent the past 7 years working in Dublin City Centre. Ciara is a L’Oréal Colour Specialist and has completed many courses with L’Oréal, Vidal Sassoon and Kerastase and also specialises in all types of hair extensions. Siobhan is hairdressing over 15 years, originally trained and qualified by Peter Mark. Siobhan specialises in the Big and Bouncy look and loves the results you can now achieve by using the 'New Revolutionery O Heated Roller System'. Siobhan's clients always leave with a fresh look, so whether you are looking for a total transformation or the latest look, everything is achievable in her capable hands. Siobhan focus is very much on up and coming trends and trying to keep them versatile for her clients. Of recent, Siobhan was selected to work on a Photo Shoot for the RTE Guide and Sunday World, perfecting her 'Big and Bouncy' look with some of the cast of RTE's hughly successful drama, LOVE HATE and also Littlewoods Ireland, where Siobhan created the look for their Sprint/Summer collection.
Senior Stylist
Suzi has been hairdressing 10 years and started her career with Peter Mark. She is a senior stylist within the salon and believes that they key to a great hairstyle is to personalise the current trends and incorporate them to suit your clients lifestyle. Susie is very popular with her clients and has built up a very loyal clientele. Suzi enjoys all aspects of hairdressing, from colouring to styling and specialises in Bridal Upstyling.
Salon Co-ordinator
Jenny is our Salon Co-ordinator and has been working with Sinead since the first salon opened in 2006. Jenny is involved in the day to day running of the salon and is herself a qualified stylist with years of experience. Jenny loves to meet and greet our clients, and has over time built up a great rapport with the clients. Jenny is well respected and will always try to accommodate and facilitate clients where possible. In 2018 Jenny took over the Salon Education Programme, working and training daily with the up and coming trainees and is enjoying learning the newest technique and passing on her knowledge to the trainees. Jenny is now a very valued member of the team and is a great asset at passing on her knowledge and skills to the team.

Deirdre known as Dee, joined our team in 2013. Dee is qualified stylist, with her passion being for colour and learning new advanced balayage/contouring techniques. Dee has already attended many courses in the Loreal Acedemy, achieving great results in Colour Keyes and Colour Change Degrees. Dee enjoys all aspects of hairdressing and recently added bonded exptentions to her portfolio. Dee is proving very popular with our clients and has quickly built up her own repeat clients.
